2012 Theme Design

Are you getting excited about this summer yet? It won’t be long till we have campers at camp again! We’ve been spending a lot of time thinking about our theme for this summer. We have finally made a decision and it is “The Well”. The theme verse is John 7:38, “Anyone who believes in me may come and drink! For the Scriptures declare, ‘Rivers of living water will flow from his heart.” NLT

We are currently trying to think of a design for our theme. We are having a little trouble so we’d like your help! From now until Friday, February 17th, we will be accepting submissions for the potential theme design. The person who submits the best design will win $50 to our clothing store this summer. We may even put that design on our theme shirt! You can send submissions to rscamps@ridgecrestcamps.com. Submissions can be drawn by hand, designed on a computer, etc.

Here is a look at the New Clothing Designs for Summer 2011. If you are a camper, you should have already received an email with a link to the online clothing store. That is where you will make your purchase. The clothing will then be pulled and waiting for you to pick up on Opening Day at Camp Ridgecrest! First Round of Frisbee Golf

Camp Ridgecrest is finally free to the snow that was on the ground from before Christmas! Ron, Seth and Phil were anxious to get outside and enjoy the warm-ish weather. As you can imagine, after a long winter, we are excited to get out and have fun around camp!

With the long winter came lots of down trees and power lines around Camp. We’ve started our clean up process, but it’s sure to take us a few months to get camp looking like the beautiful place you all know and love.

With camp just around the corner, you should be getting your Camp Forms in the next few days! Rather than mail them home, your parents will receive an email where everything can be ordered online. Here are a few pictures of some of the clothing for this summer.

And finally, the Spring Ridgecrest Redskin will be in the mail this week. Get excited to see who’s coming back and what you have to look forward to this summer!

Every summer as we get ready for you to come to camp, we design a bunch of unique clothing just for you. We have T-Shirts, Lacrosse Shorts, Sweatshirts, Sweatpants, Microfleece Jackets, Water Bottles, Blankts, Crazy Creek Camping Chairs, and a ton more! This stuff is designed just for you to use here at camp, and perfect for back home as well.
