Hotel & Room Information

The Mountain Getaway
  • Web Site
  • 828-669-2202
  • Rooms (only 3) generally run $60-$80 but there's a reunion rate and multi-night rate too. It's one block up the road from Camp – easily walkable.
Madison Inn
  • Web Site
  • 828-669-4785
  • Should be a special reunion rate available but I haven't confirmed this yet. Up the road from Camp – right before you cross the bridge – easily walkable.

Don't let their "Black Mountain" addresses fool you, both BnB's are definitely in Ridgecrest. Both are entirely reserved for Camp Ridgecrest reunion but I can't hold them too long since the Bele Chere Festival makes hotel rooms run at premium rates.

The Lifeway Conference Center
  • 800-588-7222
  • Rooms are booked for us in newly renovated Rhododendron. Special reunion rate is $40 a night. (The new Mountain Laurel Hotel is already booked – sorry.)
The Monte Vista Hotel
  • Web Site
  • 888-804-8438
  • In Black Mountain (across from Dairy King).
Creekside Campground
  • Right outside Camp gate...really, next to Lower Green. Reserved through the Conference Center.

Update: For those just needing a place to crash, contact Frank Johnson to reserve a FREE bed in Torbett Lodge, located just down Yates Ave. from Camp. Thanks to Dan Torbett and his family for providing their lodge again this year.
