Cabin Restoration

After 80 years, we are in a place where we can update our current cabins. We are doing a camp wide remodel for all of our cabins as well as adding about 5 cabins at each camp. We hope to keep as much history in the cabins as possible while remembering that we have to provide proper housing for our current and future campers.
We invite you to sponsor one of these cabins! For $10,000 we will rebuild a cabin, and for $15,000 we will build a new cabin in the honor of someone of your choice. You can donate this figure alone, or you can join other families to meet your goal. Camp will provide a plaque on each cabin to mark your contribution. Furthermore, we are offering the chance to donate $100 and receive a permanent name plate that will be fixed in the cabin of your choice. The plate will have your name, indian name, and year you were in that particular cabin (or years at camp).
All options are great ways to permanently leave your mark in one of the cabins. This is a major project, and we cannot complete it without your help! Please consider giving back to camp by helping provide something that will last at least another 80 years! Below are listed some of the upgrades that we hope to add to the new and renovated cabins…
- 2 additional indoor lights to make it brighter inside
- floor vents to circulate cool air from under the cabin
- new decks, some of which will be covered for rainy weather
- more electrical outlets
- Safer emergency exits
- New exterior walls that will last for many summers to come without peeling
- New bathroom fixtures and an additional shower/toilet room at Crestridge.
