Ultimate Frisbee
Ultimate is a sport played with a flying disc which mixes the best features of sports such as Soccer, Basketball and Football into an elegantly simple yet fascinating and physically demanding game. Campers will learn the basic rules of the game while being taught teamwork as well as physical fitness. Our instructors have been trained in fundamental tecniques, such as throwing and catching, which they then pass on to the campers. A love for the game often develops while here at camp which stays with the campers throughout the year.
